I'll check and see what size when I get home. Any idea what these puppies sell for?

The last few 4.2 engines I purchased for 180.00 +/- , 3.2 is about 200.00 , 5.8 about 225.00 to 300.00 depending on case mfg. Fox or Brison may bring a little more . Of course all of this greatly depends on condition .

The base reads...49ZN2 W2 MAHLE. I remember back in the day I used MAHLE pistons and cylinders to rebuild VW engines. So I'm guessing 4.2?

airchime08, today they use VW Cylinders to punch out Chevy's old 6 cylinder Corvair engines, it brings them from 164cid to around 224cid

I wish I kept all my old sets! These days you can hardly find a complete VW engine.
