My Feedback
Default Saito FG40 (recommendations)

I'm building a BUSA 1/4 Fokker D7 and i'm considering buying a Saito FG40 mainly to keep the sound levels down to maintain positive neighbor relations. The cowling will not accommodate a can which may be necessary with a 2 stroke 35 - 50cc. Additionally the sound of a 4S is a good match for the Fokker. From what I have read so far on the internet there is kind of a mixed bag of reviews. However, they seem to revolve around 4S learning curves vs 2S knowledge. I know I may need to use my electric starter vs flipping.

Looking for feedback from folks on the reliability factor on these engines. Last thing I want is a unreliable engine risking my Fokker and the time spent building it.

Thanks
