I am in the process of tuning this engine and wondering why there isn’t more info about people using them? So far It seems to be pretty good on the bench but I am still working on the right prop. When I started testing I could not get the engine to idle but after some research discovered the fix was simply to enlarge the cutout on the throttle butterfly. I live at 8770 ft above sea level in Colorado so I figured I would be doing more tuning then just the H and L needles. At this point I have a nice smooth idle and nice transition to full throttle and back. Would like to hear what others are doing with this engine.
