Default home made exhaust help please

Hi there I have just finished a CAP 232 and I have installed a Mackay 30cc petrol in it.

the only problem is the stock exhaust is not suitable for this insulation so I have to make my own custom one

Can anyone tell me is there any set rules for installing a baffle
I have got the overall folume simular to the stock one but not sure if I need any baffles

Ta Geoff

If you don't have noise restrictions where you fly and want more performance from the engine, forget the baffles....... Run and tack it with and without the factory exhaust, you should see a difference. I have been chopping up ryobi and homelite mufflers and taking the baffle out to gain rpms. not familar with your engine.
