Default NGK CM6 Spark Plugs

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good source for these plugs, or if there is an interchangeable plugs to use as a replacement.

Nope...CMR7H are resistor, but the threads are too long for most engines made for CM6s.
The 10mm resistor plugs, Champion RZ7C and NGK CMR7H, are used in the G26 and have longer porcelains than the CM6...

Are NGK CM6 plugs resistor ? Thanks
nope, you need a shielded cap for them. DA and 3W make very nice ones from stamped stainless steel and CH has a machined alum cap.
don't know about DA or CH but the 3W cap has a built in 1K ohm resistor.

While you guys are on the topic of spark plugs, what's the best plug for my 4 year old Zenoah G23 engine, which has only had about 2 gallons of fuel through it. Thanks

It takes a short thread plug, NGK BMR6 or equivalent, or use a standard plug with an extra washer under it...The piston will hit a standard plug and close the gap....

G23 -

Champion RDJ7J or RDJ8J also suit. They cross reference to an NGK BMR6F.

[sm=eek.gif]OOPS somebody goofed.... BPMR6F crosses to RDJ6J or 7J. The others are a 3/4" hex with a gasket. The 6F is a 5/8" hex with a tapered seat.
Gotta watch them racers

Hey guys,
the NGK CM-6 is a little bitty spark plug. The BPMR6F is the right size but I have a bosch cap ignition from C&H. Where can I get an adapter to go on the CM6 to make it the same size as the other spark plugs to fit my engine. (BME 50cc) Thanks.
