Default Running in a DA 100

Guys,
I have just pruchased a DA 100 for my Comp ARF 2.6M Extra. This is my first time running a Gas engine and I would appreciate any advice on running it in. How long does it take to run in etc.

Thanks
Niall

Put it on the plane and fly it according to DA recommendations. Don't run it in on a test stand. It could overheat.

Yep, run it in the plane. Make sure it's net set lean for your altitude and temperature. Usually I'll have mine set a little rich, they load up a bit when taxiing to the runway and needs to be cleared out. If you can get Lawnboy Ashless oil, use that, mix it 33 to 1. I buy it in little cans here (Albertson's) and make 2 Gallons of gas per can. It is a little messy, but it seats the rings. Run that oil for some 8 Gallons, then switch to synthetic. I love my DA100 and 150.
