US Motor Power Power Bee engine

I just purchased a US Motor Power Power Bee Model 82054. I am not familiar with this very large engine and do not know what to do with it. I do not know the value of it and am requisting any assistance/guidance. It also has a servo attached to carburator(?). I can also be reached at DavidDoell@att.net or 254-690-7479. Any assistance is appreciated.

No picture, but this sounds like the old West Bend 820 gokart engine. Also sold as a Chrysler 820. Its 15+ years old and not very supportable.
