Back in the day, I ran a 24x10 on my sachs 4.2 (was on an ace 33% 230), and I believe I ran 50:1 oil, I cant remember which brand though. Any of the good oils should be fine.

I specifically cannot answer the question but if you already did not look here is Air Hobbies web site. A quick look did not find it but maybe you could send an email to them

http://www.aero-sports.com/airhobbies/

Also. I think Ralph Cunningham works on these engines you could send him a PM. He's really good

RCIGN1 is his member name

BTW...that';s a gorgeous plane

Using the same plane as Flyingrzrback, but with a Precision Eagle Husky 4.4 conversion, I was using Motul 800 and Redline synthetics at 50 and 60-1 after finding that 32 and 40-1 was sticking the rings. The Sachs is on the same line as the Husky. That's been awhile, but the engine is still in good running condition with plenty of compression.

I have a Sachs 2.4 that was reconditioned (crank straightened) by Brison and they were specific about using a 60:1 mix as the sachs has a special alloy piston that requires less oil. They figured by using a standard 32:1 mix I was losing between 600 and 1000 rpm.
