Default Husky Challenger throttle arm

I've got a Husky Challenger engine (Russ Stoltz), 2.7 ci, that was purchased for installation in an Aerotech P51 (in place of the recommended Moki 1.8 or 2.1)...

What I didn't notice when I bought the engine was that there's NO THROTTLE arm included with the engine...

Has anyone purchased this engine, or any other Husky Challenger engine, and found the same situation? If so how did you solve the problem of the missing throttle arm?

Thanks for your help,

Bill

Bill,

There is a guy in the Marketplace here on RCU that makes them. Do a search on Anodized throttle arms.

I've bought a few from him. They are nice.

Hi Meesh,
If the carb throttle shaft extends out of the carb body opposit the usual throttle actuation plate you can install a 5/32" nose wheel steering arm. Drill it out to 3/16th's This is cheap and has no electrical noise. If not , use a ball link on the actuation plate. Picture attached.
