Default US Engines 41

Okay Folks, I have an older US Engines 41 that is magneto. I also have a CD sending module for the newer 41's that I found at a swap meet. Big Question time, can I take out the points and stuff and swap the sending units and have the engine start and run?

Thanks,
Maddieone

Maddieone,

I owe you one after my quip on the Quadra 35 ... I see no reason why you can't. If you are up to experimentation, what would it hurt. I bet Terry Grant at CH could tell you right off if it would work.

Good luck,

Bedford
