Giday,,I have just receved my 106 cs Has anyone eles found the casting to be pritty average (pit holes ) I sent the first one back ,,The secound thay sent me is no better
Not good for a top $ motor ,,Just wondering if anyone eles has found this

I had similar thoughts about my 80xi when I first bought it. Bobby sent me a new cylinder, and I sent the rough one back....The cases i have seen have all been exceptional, it just seems the cylinders are lacking from time to time. I'm sure this stuff is only cosmetic, and would have no ill affect on the performance of the engine. But i know exactly what you mean.

I also have the 50cs,,,It is spot on,Its what i would expect to see from a German manerfacture
It is probably just cosmetic (except the pits holes in side the mounting holes) thats a worry,,I was just expecting the same great finish as my 50
if not better,,But its not there,,Just makes it hard to justerfy the $$$$ i spent

Had a good talk to the dealer we have here,,,Who has gone out of his way to help,, great servise
He has informed 3W of the problem I think thay need to know

the cases on my 106 are not machined like the other guy haha but they are very good quality with no pit holes in them
