Hi AV8TOR, good to hear you feel better now, I recommend you to consume "apple" a lot (especially green apple) to get lower cholesterol instead taking pills.
Also apple winegar is helping to do so.

Hi Dirtybird, here we use oliveoil to fry also and no problem with it. Maybe it loses some features but still best oil to frypan, no harmful effect. Sure best in fresh on salads etc. Here we love to dip bread into fresh oliveoil with some little chilli in it.
