RE: h9 funtana100x + brillelli26ssr
good morning guys
ive this idea of putting the 26ssr into funtana100x -- do you think it has unlimited vertical?
as of now i fly 100x with os160
another alternative will be h9 ultra stik lite + 26ssr -- unlimited vertical?
what say you
thx

It's going to come down to what it weighs. I know there is a guy with a Twist 150 and is super happy with it. I believe his weighs 10.5.
I have just started testing one on an EF 74" Yak that came out around 11.25 pounds. I will know more once I get a decent prop on it for Sunday.

Flew the H9 funtana X100 with modified G26 (which I consider to be similar enough for comparison here) with an APC or cheaper wood prop it would not 3D at any weight over 10lbs confidently. With a quality wood prop, or better yet a Mezjlik Carbon 18x6, it was a whole new animal and would do anything you told it to, 3D or otherwise.
Edit*** This Funtana setup was 10lbs even, AUW, dry. I believe it would do well with an additional 1-2 lbs, but only with a very good prop. Now if you go adding tuned pipes to a Zenoah or Brillelli 26....LOOK OUT!
