I bolted a horn which I made from brass plate to the throttle of G20Ei
because of that I could not use the normal(?) linkage which I added
Dubro steering arm on the throttle first to due to the cabling reason.
Also I slipped off the return spring on the throttle in order to eliminate
the load to the throttle servo.

Looks like you're not using the supplied CDI!

Can we get a few close-ups of the throttle arm and spring?

I have one of these coming but didn't know the arm would need changing/altered.

Unfortunately the carb throttle arm lever as supplied with the engine is much too short for our application, and a Dubro steering arm is a good substitute thought several of us sometimes fashion other suitable arrangements.

An easy way to go is to get a new rotator plate from Ralph at RC Ignitions which is not prone to cracking or warping, is much stronger and thinner at 3/8" thick and more importantly rotates the carb so that the throttle linkage is a straight forward arrangement from the servo.

Removal of the carb's return spring lessens the preload on the throttle servo and because the Walbro 811 carb supplied has an inbuilt spring, there is no possibility of the throttle plate not centering.

No, I replaced the stock ignition with CH since I've heard the stock
ignition draws much current. As of now CH ignition works well with
G20Ei. CH offered me two types, CH original and Xcel(chinese made)
and I purchased CH original.

Right, some carbs still have a spring inside so throttle arm does not go free in
spite that we put the return spring off or slipped away.
But it eliminates much load.
Zenoa said there are some carbs which we can not take the return spring
away from since they work as a throttle shaft stopper, G20Ei is OK.

Not close up, but with some notes.
As I said before, the throttle does not become tention free by unhooking
the return spring because the throttle has another spring inside for the
accelaration pump.

Hey good idea! Will do it for my G20. Thanks Tsutomu. What prop are you using for that biplane(?) of yours? I'm thinking APC 16x6 or 17x8n or 17x4W for my Edge 540

I use 16x5 wood for my H9 Sopwith Camel.
The thread for it says 16x6 is too high pitch, pulls the airplane
too fast. so I selected 16x5.
Actually I use half throttle at most inspite of that prop though.
