Default Burbles During Inverted Flight

I have a 33% AW Edge with 3W100. It has sat for awhile and had issues, so I trued the block between the carb and the engine, which seemed to help. It runs good, but burbles at 1/2 - 3/4 throttle when inverted. It will clear up going full throttle.

I have the carb vented inside the fuse.

Any clues? Would that mean the low end is a touch rich?

Yes, try the slightest adjustment and see what happens.
