Default zdz 80 twin questions

I have a 80 twin on stock mufflers swingin a 24.10 junk zinger pro prop and have a new 26x10 mejzlik on the way is ther anything I can do to sqeeze some more juice out of it the engine is in my 33 gp 330l kit plane weighs about 26 pounds and the engine rips it around like a foamie but want to put it in the new aw extra 300 does anyone make canisters or tuned pipes for this engine rcs has cans but no pipes thanks for the help

Tuned pipes are cool but you have to experiment with the header length. The Bud mufflers are cool. 40 to 50cc pipes should work.

These engines are hi rev low torque. Mine would not turn but 5800 on a 26-10 Mejlik. Thats with Bud can in fuse mufflers. The 24-10 prop is a better match for the engine and my 23 lb H9 Cap232.

A twin will not put out as much power as a single in the same CC, We were getting 6200 on a Pro Zinger 26-10 and a single cylinder ZDZ 80
