The recommended running in for gassers is to put it in a plane and fly . If nothing else in the plane with the wings attached . This lets the plane absorb some of the vibration . Hard fixed to a plank of wood is not good .The beam mount 15 is the better of the rcgf 15's . You maybe trying to polish a turd ! Cheers the pope

My Feedback: (1)
an os 91 is the equivalency of a 15cc gasser, just as a 20cc gasser is equal to 1.20 nitro engine. a 60 or 61 os 10cc's, look at the webra 61 (10ccm) there you have it.
taken from os 91 four stroke info

Thanks for all your advice on the Forum, I have run the engine with the timing between 26° and 30° this morning and it does lose between 200 and 500 rpm, it loses the 500 rpm with the 13 X 6 apc prop and doesn't seem very happy, the best compromise is the 14 X 8 APC at 28°, it does lose 250 rpm but doesn't vibrate too much, so I will go ahead with building my Yuki 1700 cm Zero, and in between run the engine in on 4% oil.

I seemed to have it sorted out, the bolt on the end of the crankshaft that takes the prop was 0.40mm out of line (bent), after straightening it out and running it a 1/8 of a turn richer I am getting virtually no vibrations.

A Mitsubishi Zero from Yuki models, 1.700 cm span, it looks like the Seagull one but in Grey,,,

A few surprises on the Zero build, it is (only just ) held together with 'super crap' , straight onto the charred brown laser cut, consequently, every time you pick it up something cracks or breaks !,

Nearly finished, I had read somewhere that the 95mm C of G was wrong, but I can't find the forum build,
I will give it a 'weigh in' tomorrow and try and work out the wing loading, only the radio switch to put in and clean up the wiring,,

It will be more fun with the version BM, as it is more powerful, I have run about 3 litres of fuel through mine and I get 8.400+ rpm from the APC 14 X 8 prop, and its really fun and stable to fly, have fun !

But the 15cc is a nice motor, it has 10 litres of fuel through it now and NO dead sticks,,,

Crash
Well after 2 years of fun flying my Zero is no more,,, hunting down my friends Russian plane for ages, and
I run out of petrol, and it stopped 1 metre short of the runway, it had started to fall to pieces anyway, two of the crankcase
engine mountings were broken and then only people selling them wanted "Gold" for them, I put on a couple of forums
asking weather the beam mount crankcase fitted it but looking at this thread, it won't,,
so I "sandwiched" between the two halves a 4mm sheet of Dural, and aligned the cylinder ports with the crankcase,
it's going in a Seagull P47 that arrived this morning.
