Evolution 50cc - Cylinder removal

Hi all.

Have to take a cylinder off of an Evolution/MVVS 50cc. I don't seem to have a proper shaped 8mm wrench to remove the bolts on the exhaust port side. Does anyone know which wrench is needed??

Thanks,

Shane

An Allen wrench with most of the short side cut off..

You need a ring spanner, ground down thin.

Then how about an open end, also ground narrower on the sides..?
The ring would be better..

Didn't know the cylinder used nuts instead of allens...[:o]
We here in the colonies call it a box end ;)

The open end spanner won't work without damage to the nut hex. There just is not enough room.

Box end eh? I live in Europe. About time the colonies caught up. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrench http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f...wink_smile.gif
