Default New Futaba Compatible Receiver

The pictures show a new Futaba compatible receiver from FrSKY. It is smaller than my Futaba R617RS receiver.

Has anyone used one of these for racing?

I'm planning to try one in a 424 class racer.

The pins appear to be gold, but you can't tell for sure.

They are definitely not silver.

Default RE: New Futaba Compatible Receiver

Hi,
I have two of these receivers in 424 racers. I have one race and a few test flights on one and two flights on the other receiver with no problems. I’m not sure if I would put these receivers in a good composite 426 or QM racer but I ordered 2 more for my other 424 racers.
