Default Torque Wrench for head bolts

I've been looking to pick up a torque wrench for tightning head bolts. Looking for one that measures in inch pounds, not foot pounds.

Anyone have any good suggestions, I know they are not cheap and want to make sure I get the right one.

If you feel like spending some money, take a look at this one>> http://www.futek.com/product.asp?pro...P10699-00228-C

May be a little over kill though...

Proto, Mac are good(I think most of these wrenches are made by one company then the tool companies add their name) Snap-on is probably more expensive, usually is...

IMHO, As far as measuring devices go, I tend to get the highest quality I can afford(No, I cant afford the futek). Stay away from the "bargain" swap meet specials.

Dave !
I just sold my Tork-It model 36 on Ebay for $71.00 " If I'da known you were lookin'......." I have used the Tork-It for years on my Formula One engines for head bolts and glow plugs. It is an excellent little wrench.

I don't use mine much any more due to the low maintenance of Q40 and Quickie. (I just don't blow up engines any more....) So I thought I would sell it and buy some other racing crap that I need.

I would recommend the Tork-It.

What is the correct setting for a Nelson plug on a Nelson head? What about a Nelson plug on a JETT head?
