Can someone point to me where to buy a Vendetta kit at? Thanks in advance.

Here's a source for various kits. The RV Racing kit is labeled as a Miss Ashley II but it was called the Vendetta at one time (they're essentially the same for Q40 purposes).

The other one is by California Speed Pros.

How big of a Vendatta do you want? Giant Scale racing size is available or are you looking for one of the "little and slower" .40 size?
