Last Nashville race of the year and series standings
Greetings from Nashville;
Here are the results from our last race of the year in Nashville on Oct 20.
Formula One
Roger Stanford 1st
Jerry Moore 2nd
War Bird
Doug Bebensee 1st
Randy Moore 2nd
Roger Stanford 3rd
Doug Whiteaker DNF
Jerry Moore DNF
Q-400
Randy Moore 1st
Doug Bebensee 2nd
Greg Doe 3rd
Doug Whiteaker 4th
Though there were not as many pilots as we've had previously, we had a lot of hard fought heats with no wrecks. We flew four rounds, alternating between classes. This made for a lot of back-to-back heats for a lot of us who raced in more than one class.
I'm looking forward to next year when we most likely will be running a Club 40 series in addition to our regular classes. This should re-invigorate our existing classes.
