Ordered some stuff from supertrc.com about a month ago, no parts yet. haven't heard anything and no response to emails, could be a problem with my email server though.
Anyone know these guys?

They're both very well known, first class guys.

They've had email issues off and on for some time, your better bet is to call them. To add to it, they've been busy getting ready for the F5D world champs, which they just left for this morning. Not sure when they get back, but it'll probably be a couple of weeks.

I'm in the same boat here. Just ordered a Hurrikane a couple of weeks back. I did get an automated reply about my order being received and confirmed PayPal payment. I asked a couple of emailed questions a couple of days after that, about the ETA and such, and didn't get any reply.

I've been waiting 3 full months now for a pair of 424 Seeker's, but did receive an email from Dan back in mid July that the sheeted foam wings are very long lead time and only coming in about 2 every 2-3 weeks. These were winter builds for me anyway so hasn't been an issue and I've great service from them with past orders in the last couple years.

I feel a little better too. At least that Mike didn't get his Hurrikane yet.

I ordered a Seeker myself and haven't gotten any responses.

Hope they are having fun over there.

So it sounds like their web site is just a tax shelter for their racing hobby? Dont know them and they may be decent guys but that is no way to run a "business". I tried to call them and got voice mail, but why should I have to call? They should be calling me to explain why they have not shipped the stuff I paid for. If they cant deliver in a timely fashion then at least they shouldn't take payment. Or at a minimum they should have a big disclaimer on their web page explaining that they typically dont ship for several months so dont place an order unless your ok with that. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hey Vic,

well, at least I got my Doddger done and test flown yesterday. I had to swap in an 1100 mAH battery in for the 700 mAH that I originally wanted to install, to get the CG further back, and still had to add a half ounce of lead to meet the 3 lb 12 oz minimum. Flies pretty nice, but still needs a little fine adjustment of the CG and a better servo on elevator to go perfect. Definitely faster than my Predator II was, WaveOsScope says 130.4 mph on the straight and level. Looking forward to competing with it in Bowie October 4th! The Hurrikane will have to wait, but it will be very interesting to see how it compares to the Q500 "old school" Doddger.

I ordered mine to replace the repaired Viper till I can start getting a regular supply of BuckShots.
We had a good practice day Saturday and the BuckShot is right where it needs to be. The Gravedigger T-6 is also getting ready for Sunday.

Send your T-6 with someone just in case I need a spare again[sm=bananahead.gif]

Just wanted to follow up, received my 2 Seekers today. Took quite a while but I do appreciate Dan & Travis supporting us 424 guys, if all we had available were chinese arfs I would be out.

I will probably try a 424 Vortex kit after the Holidays, that will give me 5 airplanes...might be enough to make it through 2009 with a bit of luck
