Default Prop Question

Hey guys I have a 50cc TT Yak 54 that has a dl 50 on it. It has way to much pull out and just feels because of the light weight that it is overpowered. I know there are worse problems but it feels way under propped. I have a 23x8 xoar on it now. I was thinking of going to a 24x8 or a 23x10 to give it a better feel. What do you guys think?

I think very few people complain about having to much power,, throttle back and have fun,
I wouldn't run more than a 22-8 on that size motor, 23-8 is not under-propped IMO

Good luck

boy to much power,i hate when that happens.try a Vess 23-a or a Xoar 22-8,that should tame the pull out a little.

My favorite prop for the DL50 is the Vess 22A. It allows the engine to rev up nicely at mid range. I like it better than the Xoar. Regarding throttle control issue, you may want to add a little expo at the low to mid to give it a better feel, less jump with small throttle bump. 23x10 or 24x8 is too much prop for that motor.
