I measured the wingspan at 75" wingspan. Here's some pictures of the cowl installed.

Keep the pictures coming. Looking forward to hearing a flight report.

I would also like to know your finished weight when you have it.

Nice looking airplane. Is there any velcro holding the tank to the foam and then the foam to the floor? If not you may want to get some in there, just using two straps like that will allow the tank to move around.

The hook and loop straps go through slots in the plywood floor and around the tank, it's not going anywhere. I mount the tanks in my 35% and 40% planes the same way.

We had nice weather this morning, I was able to put three flights on the Yak. It flew great. I was surprised at how light it flew, it flys more like a 50cc plane than a 30cc plane. It flys precision very well, and is stable during 3D manuevers and it has tons of power with the SE-32. Here's a few pictures, I hope to post a video soon.

It weighs 12 lbs. 1 ounce (without fuel.) I could have saved a half pound easy with lighter batteries and by using the standard muffler. It flys very light, I really like it.

hey troy.....last week i got the aerobeez 30cc MSX-R, it's my first gasser and i was thinking about doing a buuild thread also. however all i got to do was open the box and make sure nothing was broken cause the box had a little UPS damage. fortunatly the damage was where the hardware was..dodged a bullit there. anyhow i had to have hernia surgery on tuesday so the build is gonna have to wait......one question, where were your decals? i havent seen them and unless there inside the fuse i'll have to call them...thanks Joe
