Landing gear and gear cover installed.
Is everyone putting the four landing gear bolts through the gear cover first? I don't like the idea of the bolts not making direct contact with the gear.

Default Aerobeez 26% Yak 55M Manual

I have tried to download the manual from Aerobeez website and it will not allow me. Does anyone have any idea where else I can get it? I have the disc that came with the airplane but I have no way to view it.

Contact Aerobeez, they will take care of you. It's a generic manual that covers all their planes.

My Yak has two flying seasons under it's belt and has held up great. I have over 500 flights on it and I still enjoy flying it.

That's correct. Place flat washers on the bolts, the bolts go through the cover and then the landing gear.

i decided to just glue the cover on.....but thats not going to work either do to the fact that the cover is wider than the gear and wont fit flush anyway...even if i bolted it on it will break the cover.....so no cover it is.....thanks for you build pic's i will be referring to them often im sure...
