The stock gas tank is fine. It comes pre-installed and set up for a three line system. If you prefer a two line set up, just change the stopper. The tank is is held in position by hook and loop, adhesive backed strips and two hook and loop straps. No foam needed but you can certainly add if you wish.

I used the stock tank but as with all ARF's I keep a close eye on it, any signs of cracking and an Fiji bottle from WrongWayRC will be going in.
One mod I did do to the tank was to remove the clunk line and replace it with Viton.
The plane is in the current (Feb 2013) issue of Fly RC Magazine

Falcon carbon 24x9 is the best I found.
I'm not sure about the DLE I haven't had a chance to mess with one but I can tell you side by side the GP out ran a DA60 out of a hover. The DA was fairly new though and the GP had some time on it. Otherwise they were identically equipped Corvusus (Corvi?)

Looks like pricing are the same for both motors. I may wait for Tower to carry the DLE 61 and try it out. I know DLE very well, with about 6-7 in various planes.
I feel iffy about buying a GP61 without knowing how good their service support is from LimitlessAero.
Besides, I get 80 bucks discount from Tower with Gold membership if buying $450 item and free shipping.

If service and support are your concern, Kole at Limitless does a fabulous job. He fixed a motor I broke, that I got directly from GP for review. It never passed through his hands and he never made any money on it, and he fixed it and replaced a part for no charge (I offered since I didn't expect warranty support for an engine he made no money on) and the only thing it cost me was return shipping.

Hello guys,
how is the corvus in precision flying? Also, is the pitch coupling significant during knife edge? cause the side area of the fuselage seems too litle compared to the extra 300 and yak54.
thank you,

Long moments allows you to draw straight lines. Big 'flippers' (control surfaces) for great maneuverability (3D), There is a little pitch coupling easily handled with a few points of rudder-elevator mix,,, oh,,,, and there is plenty of side area.

Seriously cosidering of getting one but privately importing from US is deer and taking chances with the dreaded customs is a big gamble...
My old trusty dle 55 is still lookin for a new home.
Please provide info.
