Also it looks like the control horns go all the way through the wing and stab and show on the top side. Never seen this done either. How bad does that show up on the top side? Thanks for the help.
As per what a lot of folk mentioned, the lines in question are from where you glue on that part of the wing on - my FlyModel 30cc Sbach 342 had it set up this way, and while I'd have liked it if they had been made where the now visible glue/joint line would not have been there (ie each wing in one piece), I doubt I'll notice it when she's up and flying!
On a side note, I did notice that with that bit of the wing installed, neither wing would have fitted into the box mine came in.

Hope you guys enjoy your planes. it's all about if you think you got a good deal and if you enjoy flying it.
The funny thing in that statement, is that Aeroworks, while a quality house we'll all agree, have apparently made the odd lemon as well from what I've seen (their 1.20 Yak54 and the 60-90 extra have had some less that favorable reviews in a number of forums).
There is also a lot more to quality than just the price of the thing. As an example, the amount of people who swear by Futuba or Hitec servos, any of them who have been around the block for a few years will have odds on lost a plane to servo failure, hell, my dad brought his first 2.4 radio a few years back, a 'higher end' branded one, and it showed up with a knackered mother board - so believe me, price isn't always the benchmark for quality!

Quality is quality regardless of the owners ability to brag about their pocket book size.

Well I received a big box just a few days ago and man am I excited. I went through all the parts and only found one small flaw. The elevator stab had a broken tab where it connects to the fuselage. I emailed Yong Li at Fly Models and he is sending me a new stab asap!!! Now that is what I call customer service. Also the hinges seem kinda flimsy so I am replacing them with robarts. I dry fitted all the parts and they all went together easily. Can't wait to get started.

The turnbuckles are not long enough to get the throws. What size servo arms are you guys using, 1.5" or 2"?

That's one big can. Got the rudder pull pull done. Just need to mount the huge 160a esc and other stuff. The 1 1/2 turnbuckles are too short for my setup so I ordered some 2". The tray that holds the gas tank is a little flimsy to hold my big batteries so I will beef it up a bit too.

I got some prop's last night in the mail and hardly could sleep. So this morning I tested them and here is what I got.

Xoar 24X12 ran 94 amps and 3877 watts
Xoar 26X12 ran 120 amps and 4866 watts.

Its crazy how a small change can produce almost 1000 watts of more power while still under the 135 amp rating of the motor. I believe this will be a great setup.

Thats awesome

I have not done the math yet

Is the big electric motor, esc and lipo's heavier lighter or about the same as a gasser with a tank full of gas ?

and what are your flight times going to be ?

Just finished everything this morning and she is now ready to go. Hope to get the first flight in on Monday if everything checks out. Final AUW is 18.5 pounds with the 5800 mah batteries. With the 8000 mah packs it will be just under 20lbs. Not sure about flight time yet but from the numbers, I should get a good 8 minutes flying hard or 10+ easy going.
