Default Need help identifying airplane

Hello Universe,
I bought this airplane at a swap meet as a partial built kit. It has foam core wings and elevator. it was not finished in any way.
It has a 95 inch wing span and the fuse is 85 inches. It came with four servos in the wing and 2 servos for the elevator and the rudder.
It has a main hatch behind the gear and a small triangle hatch in front of the rear wheel.
The fuse was all stick built. The wing was already assembled. I don't know if it came from the factory or the previous owner assembled it.

Any help identifying it would be helpful.
The canopy has crack side to side looking for a replacement.

Thanks

I'm going to say a Carden 30% Cap 232. Pictures of the inside would give more clues.

As mentioned pics of the inside would help. The more info and pics you can give, the more feedback you might get. I would say take the top hatch off, take the prop and cowling off, etc.. as you'd probably need to anyway to further your study on it... Then grab some pics of that inner structure... firewall/engine box, inner/rear turtle-deck area, fuel-tank shelf/mount, wing retention system, etc... Does it have removeable rear stabs?.... etc...

There were a few or more that made/makes large scale aerobats.... As mentioned Carden(which you've apparently ruled out)... Lanier, Godfrey, Ace, just to name a few, and I'm sure there's more. Some of these did have foam-core wings.... Good luck with your search.

Here's a few more for you to investigate...

Ohio RC

Aeroworks

Some of these companies have changed, and gone away over the last several years... just an FYI there. Your plane looks a bit dated, at least to me... which isn't any bad thing at all... I really like any aerobat, and the older stuff is great too... most of what I own is older.. haha.. but it's hard to date that plane right now too...There's always a good chance aftermarket components are available once you get an idea of what it is... and sometimes you can retro parts from other planes/companies as well.

Ohio used all built up construction.

Aeroworks never did a Cap 232

After a peek inside my second guess is Aeropro.

I actually don't recall Aeroworks with a Cap either, so that was a long shot and you might have just validated my thoughts there...... I might guess it's a Godfrey plane. I don't remember Aeropro having a Cap either...I don't even remember Aeropro being around in the era this Cap looks like it's from either. I'm curious though... hmmm... At 95" that puts it in the 30%-31% range I believe... Also curious as to what engine is in it at this point. I think we need more info to solve this mystery. It's all good though. It actually looks like a cool plane.
