Default pull pull system

whats the best aftermarket pull pull cable system? (just the connectors, tensioner, cable, etc.)

I've heard you can get interference using metal cable?

this is for a fiberclassics extra 35%.

thanks for any suggestions,

Rob

I use Nelson bell cranks, and Don's Hobby Shop in Salina KS sells a pull-pull, kevlar coated cable that is excellent for large scale planes. They supply all the hardware to connect the cable. I'm using it for my 42% Ultimate.

Rob,
I got my stuff from www.aeroprotect.com. One servo tray kit and one wire kit and a rudder horn is all you need. If you are going to use the fiberclassics tray then you only need the cable kit.
I've never heard about the interference, but the cables in this kit are vinal coated so there is no metal to metal contact - even less chanvce for interference. Maybe if you had a bare metal cable and it was vibrating against another peice of metal it could make RF noise?

The surelink "floating bellcrank" setup is by far the easiest to set up and use. Rather than trying to hard gang the servos, the bellcrank floats so you dont have to be exact and slight differences in servo travel dont matter. The end result is more torque at the rudder. Troybuilt Models sells the whole package, cables, Nelson hardware, everything - it takes about 30 minutes to set one of these systems up! its WAY superior. As for metal cables causing problems, its only when there is metal to metal contact. Make sure you have plastic guides over the area the to cables cross.
