H-9 1/3 scale cap 232 Where can i get one?
Hi Guys, was wondering if anyone had a shoe in on where to get one of these planes. I know the are not made anymore, i called Chief aircraft a couple of days ago to find out they just sold their last one.
I posted a want add here in the marketplace but i thought i might grab someones attention here sooner. I was looking to pick one of these up for my son for his birthday gift as i am currently assembling the H-9 Sukhoi for myself. I know there are a couple for sale on the marketplace but i am looking for one new in the box that someone will ship to illinois. I also tryed calling odessa hobby they have none either. I guess i was hoping someone out there may have a backup sitting around that they may have changed their mind and would sell it. Any Ideas? Thanks all! Happy Landings!

There are still plently of new ones here in the UK. But not sure how much shipping will be. At least you wont have to pay VAT which is 17.5% of the price. So they shouldn't be too bad. The best place to look is www.inwoodmodels.co.uk and a company called CML Distribution have them also, look at www.cmldistribution.co.uk

Yeah, but he does not want to ship it. Had a bad experience shipping before and does not want to re-live it apparently.Any other suggestions?

I have one NIB I would consider selling. I know I still have the the outer box for the wings, but would have to check if I still have it for the fuse. Double boxing the fuse without the original outer carton might be tough. Make me an offer and I will look for the outer fuse box. Craig [email protected]

Sorry did not see the bottom of the last post.... was going to put a D/A 100 up front but i think i will save that for a composite ARF extra... I believe i will go with the ZDZ 80.
