Default Dave Patricks 30% Ultimate

Just seen this at the expo in Chicago. Set up for DA50 or Moki 2.10. Nice plane but seems a little pricey.

Wow! That is sweet! Does the price tag say $699? Not bad if it flys like the smaller one.

Yup, 699.00 Due out this winter. Weight is suppose to be 16-17 lbs range. This plane has full ailerons with holes in them to lighten them. Think they will flutter?

THey might need to be check carefully for balance. DId you get the WS and length?
Was there another scheme? Looks very nice. 17lbs for that size would be great.

Cool, but the price seems a little steep. I have 2 DP planes. The ultimate with a YS 140. I didnt get to fly it yet because i have to finish it up. And I have the Extra with the DA 50 which is just awesome with all the power.

Here are the specs for the 30% goldberg ultimate. Should be very similar but the weight DPM suggests and the engine are much smaller/lighter.

blue ice, Thanks for the report! Hey did you take any notes on disassembly/assembly to see how easy field setup and tear down would be? Not to be negative because I truly love the quality of the DP stuff but he could use some help with his color schemes .

I believe the yellow one is his 120 size converted to electric. He had that on display at the NEAT fair.
