Default Ziroli P-38

Here's the link to my web page where I've been documenting the work in building the Ziroli P-38. This will be powered by two Taurus 3.2ci gas engines.

Default Building pictures / tips

If a picture is worth a thousand words how many are here? This is great material! I have a Ziroli T-6 fiberglass fuse and wanted some information on how to best install formers etc in it. Also have the plans for the P-38 for later. Thanks for sharing.

The Ziroli is a great flying model. You will be happy with it. This one is currently owned by Ray Harris out in Ca, god I miss this plane.

Man my ears must have been burning... Hello Chook and others. Happy to say that I still have that Lightening, but the booms are not surviving the previous hardlandings. One I finally got the cg moved aft, it was too late, the major damage had already been done.

I will be ordering the glass booms from Ziroli at some point during the year, upgrading the engines, (just because) so that I still hold pace with my local sqadron mates, but return it to the same paint scheme that Chook originally had it. Thanks for building such a great airplane my friend.
