Well my Lanier 40% Edge 540 is just about ready for it's maiden. Spent the last two days installing the radio gear, fuel tank and programming my 14 MZ. The weather is not going to be too good for the next few days , so I have plenty of time to go over every thing one more time. I still have to get some graphics , pilot and an instrument panel but I will do that after the maiden.

Holy cow[X(] It took you what.....9 or 10 weeks to get that Edge ready to fly?? That's really somethin', it takes me alot longer than that to put an ARF together and it turned out really nice by-the-way. Show us those graphics when you get 'em.

Here's what I just finished...it flies great[8D]

Great looking airplane !
I took advantage of the $ 550.00 sale last year. I bet there are a lot of them on the building bench or tucked away for a later projects. One of my flying buddies got one at the same time as I, his flies great can't wait to get mine flying.
Good luck with your Edge.

My Lanier 40% Edge had it's maiden flight today , one of the best I ever had on any model. The new DA 150 popped on the 5th flip and started on the 1st flip after opening the choke.
Take off was smooth and quick with only a few clicks of up trim to achieve straight and level flight. I had three great flights. Two of our best pilots flew it a agreed that it's a great flying machine.
