Default Super Cub Landing Lights

I wrote in previous posts that I ditched my Super Cub on it's maiden flight. I thought of having some fun over the winter, so I striped the old covering off and I am recovering it in my scheme, although not to scale. It is destined to be a tow plane and possibly used for dropping rc parajumpers. I needed to uncover the wings anyhow to inspect the frame for cracks from the wreck. Amazingly there were only a few puncture wounds thru the sheeting.

I used a Ram Landing Lights package with the momentary switch removed, and with a longer lead soldered on in place to fit its way thru the wing into the cabin where the battery will be with an electronic swtch. When its covered you will not see the screws as they will be removed and the clear plasic will be glued in place. This was done just for fun. On the full size plane the landing lights would be under the cowl or almost out to the end of the wing. I would have liked to added a occilating circut to the lghts and mount them under the cowl. I found a phot of this once but can't recover the photo.
