Default Saito 325 5 cyl

I need to know if the Great Planes Stinson SR-9 kit is big enough to use with a Saito 325.
Any other kits that are suitable? Balsa USA 1/4 scale Nieuport 28?

Default Saito 325 5 cyl

Jim,
I have the Saito 325 and the Saito 450R 3cyl. and am having a Flair Products PT17 Bipe built for me. It has an 89 in. wingspan and will probably weigh about 27lbs. The builder wants to put the 450 in it because he thinks it may need the extra weight up front because of the long fuse but I am thinking how good the 325 would look. The 450 will fly a 40lb. plane. So, I'm not sure yet which one to use.

Thanks, guys, for the input. Maybe the Flair PT17 is the best way to go...but all that extra building for the second wing! Jim

Update. I am finishing up on a Ziroli 87 inch PT 17. The Saito looks good on it; we'll see how it fllies. JimB

Wow Jim, 3 years and 11 months since next to last post , I guess that extra wing did take some extra time . Can you post pictures?
