    CA Yak Rotation Pin Question

    Hello!

I have a Comp ARF 2.6M Yak and like on some or most, the rotation pin support is not there. We are talking about the pin on the stab area. I decide to make supports out of 1/16" Carbon Fiber. Is this enough of a support for the stab? Also is there any suggestions on gluing carbon fiber to a composite plane? Is the non finished carbon plate strong enough? have you glued your support inside or outside of the fuse? Please help...

    Thanks,

    Perry

RE: CA Yak Rotation Pin Question

    Hi,

I glued a thin plywood plate from the inside of the fuse in position. Don't forget to sand the surface first, where you want to glue the plate on.
