Does anyone have the Desert Aircrft 'text' logo (as below) in an .eps format that they could shoot over the pond to me so I can cut it out on a vinyl cutter??

I've tried DA but, as yet, no repsone []

Why would you guys pay to advertise someone else's product?

When I purchased my DA 50 I contacted them about a sticker
and was told that I would have to buy one! Needless to say I
declined to pay for the privilege of placing one of their stickers
on my plane.

Good Question. I've asked myself that one a million times. I've seen guys with JR plastered all over, trailers, chairs, coats, shirts , hats not to mention planes. When I ask about how they got all this stuff I get the same repley. " I ordered it from them, not it wasn't free" I guess its like the Nike stuff. I'd rather spend the money on stuff I can use. It's easy, if you don't have DA and JR plastered all over everything, people might think you use Aviomac and Multiplex. Now, do you want people to think you use substandard equipment?

If you want free logos just call Budweiser or Coors, they will give them to you easy.

Some of these companies are so arrogant thinking that people would pay for the privilege to have their logo on your stuff.

It’s like spending $30,000 on a car or truck and the stupid dealer slapping a dealer sticker on your new car. HA!

Not sure I'd call it arrogance when there are thousands of modelers out there lining up for the privilege.
Also not sure I'd wear a Budweiser shirt, but I've paid plenty for the privilege of drinking their brew.
