smoke oil
Anybody ever try comercial smoke machine oil in there smoke system. The kind for stage and party smokers. It is readily available and cheap.

Commercial smoke oil is glycol based and is not very good for airplane smoke oil as it does not make very dense smoke. so far teh best smoke oil I have found is ALMAG oil. It is a mcahine cutting oil, tons of guys use it and it makes really dense long lasting smoke with very little residue. It cost me $55.00 Canadian (as I live in Canada) for a 5 gallon pail. I have tested all sorts of smoke oil in the same system and by far Almag makes the best smoke....Super Dri is expensive compared to this stuff.

Super-Dry is $297/55 gal Barrel plus $79 shipping from south of Chicago to Southern Wi.
297 + 79 = 376 376 / 55 = $6.84 / Gal I don't think U can get it any cheeper than that
Without being a dealer .... U say that's a lot? 32os/ flight = 4 flights / gal. 55 gal x 4 = 220 flights.
split that up between a few club members that are serrious about SMOKE and it's not too bad.
