Default Replacing phenolic horns on Comp-ARF surfaces

Hey guys, I shipped my comp-arf Extra to my new location and when it arrived a couple of the aileron horns had broken off. One of them sheared off near the base and the other broke in a couple places. What's the best way to fix or replace these horns? Thanks.

Correction - both of them broke near the base, so fortunately there are no missing parts. Both broken horns are on the same wing, though I only need to fix the inner horn as I only have one servo per aileron.

Yeah I think I have some phenolic board coming my way (can't remember if I packed it in another shipment) and may laminate the phenolic to repair the old horn. We'll see. I also noticed that the phenolic on the good wing poked a couple small holes in the fuse, but it should just take a little epoxy and well-placed vinyl to fix that.

Don't worry, I wear a hard hat when flying any plane with a single aileron servo. 40 size trainers are especially dangerous with one servo running both wings! Sometimes I sit in the corner of my living room crying, afraid a single-servo plane might hit at any time .
