RE: The BEST Smoke System
How would you set up a variable output smoke pump for a JR 10X??? What I want is less smoke fluid at lower RPM's and more smoke fluid at full throttle. I want to mix channel six (flap) to the throttle and use the Mix switch on the upper right hand corner to turn the smoke pump on and off...
Thanks!!! Kevin

RE: The BEST Smoke System
Any comments on the use of a 50/50 mix of diesel and kerosene for smoke oil?
I have some not-to-old diesel and Kerosene that I would like to discard or try as smoke oil.

RE: The BEST Smoke System
I put some super-dri through the GCMS and it contained med chain hydrocarbon mix just like it sez on its MSDS. Parrafin has a VERY similar composition. I have gone away from smoke but would like to try lard with a little a little hexane to liquefy it.
The problem with kero, diesel etc is they contain too many benzene containing molecules which dont burn too well, hence the slime.
