Hi
Does anyone know where I can purchase the steel straps with a u-bend that hold the gear on the Haigh style tail gear.

Dubro make nylon straps for wire up to 3/16". I would not recommend steel, it would be heavy and there may come a time when your tailwheel gets hooked up on a runway imperfection and you may want it to break away cleanly. For this reason we supply all out tailwheel assemblies with nylon mounting clamps.
