H9 33% Sukhoi ZDZ80 mount
I need some help. I know the airplane is yesterday's news but I've had mine for several years and keep breaking aluminum engine mounts. I was using the plates that were sold at ChiefAircraft. I believe chief stopped selling them awhile ago.
I'm wondering if anyone has a better idea other than building a new firewall off of the existing firewall. Is there anyone out there with this model engine combo that have found a easy to install and reliable mount system?

Same here,
I just drilled 4 holes with 2 1/4 inch stand offs and it has been flying with no problems.
Make sure you put fender washers between the firewall and standoff. It helps spread the force around
