The manufacterer is still ... and always has been ... SD Models.
It is just like GreatPlanes and Chief Aircraft. Chief offers planes from different manufacterers ... just like TBM does. If Chief changed their name to something else ... it would not change the fact that GreatPlanes was the manufacturer of those kits/arfs. SD Models is the company that actually produces the ARFs overseas. TOC-Extreme is the importer of SD Models ... and TBM, Chief, etc. are the distributors.
You can read my previous post from February and see that TOCX is not new.
