H9 sukhoi with ZDZ 160B2
Have a H9 Sukhoi with the 160 twin.
Setup is
28-12x3 Mejzlik
Truturn Ultimate 5in
2x KS 94 cans
6 x 8411
2 x Hitec Giant Digital on pull-pull with Nelson hobbies tiller arm
1 x hitec 5625 on throttle
1 x hitec 330 on choke
Emcotec redundant electronics module
2x 2700 Nimh
2x 1400 NiCd ignition
JR 10 channel PCM receiver
Rocket city hardware
Horizon Titantium link arms
40oz Dubro tank
Slimline F1 fueler hardware (gas)
28 lbs
JR10x Radio
20 flights on this. Flys well. CG is at center of wingtube
Probably will move it aft. Batteries are ahead of wingtube at present.
Totally unlimited vertical. Hovers below half throttle.
Can put this plane out of sight vertically very quickly.
65lb thrust with 3 blade, 75 with 2 blade Menz 30-12
Extremely quiet with 3 blade and KS cans. Below 95.
Heard that the Sukhoi was tail heavy so went for more nose weight. Thought it would be better to have live weight instead of dead. Landing is very easy. Wing loading is higher than with 80 or 100 but plane is capable of every maneuver my friends want to do.
