Dick, that torque number is just what was in the engine spec. sheet with the 3204 canister.
what i am trying to do is just get the most rpm's and still have a smooth throttle.
i kind of had a filling that it's no set way to go about it other than testing and find out what works.also i am at 940ft. ASL,i was just asking for any ideas for what works. i am a hands on guy any ways that is the only way i ever figured how things work. Thanks
here is what i got to work with if it even helps.
Biela carbon 24-8 and 26-8
25mm DIY header MTW
40-1 belray fuel mix

Most rpm and a smooth throttle
easy - reduce prop load and re match pipe setup
I did this on my ZDZ50's
using a 23x8 CF Mejzlic- I set pipe fro 7550 on the ground
this gave 8400 in the air
crisp fast throttle response and lots of jump power
Making bigger prop loads do this is far more difficult-dang near impossible.

Thanks Dick i do like the smaller prop better for the throttle response and smooth run up.and i think i am rite at that line now or just cross it with the 13" header.you know you read so much crap and what works best for one doesn't mean it will for you.i heard of guy's useing 10-11"header's with no peak in throttle.i just think if i go that short it will have a big step in throttle.but i may try it just to see what it does i can always go back. i just can't get over the difference cutting the header 1" has on rpm's,and the power you get from a pipe. this is all new to me.

Dick is right on the money, as usual. There are no fixed numbers for performance equations unless you are looking to obtain an extremely specific target performance level. Even in that you have to experiment with the arrangements to obtain the first desired results. From then on they can generally be dupliclated, but a different installation, engine, prop, or fuel mix will change the outcome.

Time, documentaion of efforts, and patience are the first requirements. Spending a little extra cash to try different parts is the second. You can ballpark off of someone elses results, but they won't be the same for the next guy.
