RE: 2008 New Airplanes
sad we have so amny people get screwed over by this J#rk off check out the thread in fg those 2 kids who were supposed to get free planes from him for designing a scheme finally got them and they are EXTREME FLIGHT yaks donated by the FG donations taken by members because of this situation. In my opinion they need to shut down this "support forum" sad thing is this guys checks these forums every day lol i can believe someone would stoop so low as to send a kid HALF of an airplane

Sure am glad I did some additional investigating before buying a Aerotech Model and never being able to get any parts or service with it. This is what makes RCU so nice is the informative forums to find out anything you need to know.

Hello,
I would not be surprised if there wasn't an account already created to try to make Aerotech look good in all of this. He's done it before and was caught
My point is I learned a long time ago not to do business with them and now seeing all of this just really seals my point

RE: 2008 New Airplanes
Was just looking at Aerotech website and thought it was funny that they are saying that the Pitts Python as shown does not come as shown. Yellow is white and blue is red and...and...and...! I was suspicious and started looking on RCU forums about Aerotech. I think it is great that RCU offers guys like me the opportunity to get first hand info from modelers like myself concerning a purchase. It is a shame that the "sharks" have invaded the sanctity and honesty of the R/C community. I would like to thank you guys that stick your necks out and contribute to these forums to help point out the good, bad, and ugly perspectives of buying products from suppliers that don't give a flying f%^$^$ about my hard earned money. Please do not confuse this Aerotech with the company of the same name Aerotech that is owned and operated by Wayne Siewert. Wayne Siewert is honest as the day is long. His company specializes in WWII fighter aircraft. I am building a TF Giant P-51 and discovered this other "Aerotech" and realized I was looking at two manufacturers with the same name. Thanks again. Speedy

come on shameless...come out out and explain to the half a dozen people why their planes came with half the pieces and how the other half is still going through customs. I want to hear how the little old lady working at customs, who as about as much brains about RC airplanes as the kid flipping burgers at Mcdonalds, would know exactly what to take and not to take out of an arf (cowl, wing, stabilizers, etc).

RE: 2008 New Airplanes
Hi. Im lookin to buy a yak for better 3d, but am concerned about the shorter fuse v/s say a giles 202 or edge 540, with regard to flying precision. I like flying 3D better but would like to learn a little precision. i think a longer fuselage would track better. What are the most noticeable differences in flying with a shorter fuselage?
