RE: BEST IMACer?
They are all going to fly well... it's practice and setup that are key.
That being said I have flown them all except the AW 260 and the EF Extra wins in my book. It snaps and tracks great and comes in around 16 pounds so it 3Ds with the best of them. I watched Chris Maier ring it out and later asked him what he thought.. "in a word.. awesome!"
I will have a AW 260 here on Wed... interested to play with it. I here great things about it as well. However I will still be getting an EF Extra either way.. really liked it.

RE: BEST IMACer?
It is all set up and stick time, any airframe can be a great IMAC plane and a real good 3D plane. With enough motor and descent control surfaces a brick could be used. When I started it was with a Cap, then went to Sukhoi's, then extras, tried Yaks, then went back to my Extras and still flying 260s and 300s. The key to success with any airframe is stick time, I actually as a dare used a Cetabria for one season and won a bunch, it was actually fun getting it set up properly and showing up with it to gaping mouths. The plane would actually hover and torque roll and flew the sequences awesome, but people forget that it is a aerobatic scale trainer and is accurate to scale un-like most Yaks that are on the market today because they are stretched beyond scale and have added wing area beyond scale, same with the Katanas, but the Sukhoi is scale and the extras are very close if someone would want to get technical for IMAC and Pattern competition.

And the cool thing in this was the Cetabria is a valid IMAC plane as long as it's in the 10% rule. The main rule states that the plane must have flown in an aerobatic box and the Cetabria certainly has.
I saw a guy fly a 4 Star 120 in basic a couple of years back and win with it. He could not use it past basic but it sure was fun to watch him take out Yak's and Extra's.
I've been known to use Cap's and win with them as well
As you mentioned it's all in proper setup and LOTS of practice for IMAC

RE: BEST IMACer?
Thanks
I understand that its going to take lots of PRACTICE.
I just wanted a idea of whats good out there and the pros and cons of each
