Is that the $249.00 harbor freight trailer bed you started with?
I think the $249.00 kit is with 10" wheels and less carrying capacity. This one is the $300.00 kit with 12" wheels and carrying capacity of 1,000 lbs.

At my Harbor Freight in Ohio it comes with 8" tires or 12" for the upgrade. For local low speed travel they are OK, but for Freeway long distance stuff they don't cut it in my opinion.

I just caught a deal at the Harbor Freight store. The 4x8 trailer with the 12 inch wheels was on sale for $249. I had to take a rain check as they were out of stock, but they owe me one at this price.
