Default Stinger 120 / Moki 2.10 Questions

I'm about to start building the Stinger 120 (sheesh! what a huge box and it ain't even a ARF!) and I got a couple of early questions for those of you who've done this combo.

Which wing do you recommend when using the Moki 2.10?

It looks like the firewall is a tad too small for the radial mount I bought with the engine. Two solutions come to mind: 1. Replace the firewall with one that will fit the front end of the fuse AND the radial mount, or: 2. Use some sort of beam mount. How have youse guys dealt with this and what beam mount did you use if that's the way you went? I'm intending to use the Pitts muffler I already have so the engine will be side mounted.

Thanks for any and all assistance!

I have used the J'Tec beam mounts and the composite mounts from Yellow Aircraft. Large difference in cost. Yellow is about $7 or $8 , the J'Tec is over $30. Dale

I had a ST 3500 on mine a couple years ago. I used bothe wings. The larger for a few months, then I cut it back and it was a BIG difference. Use the larger for a while, then cut it down. I ran an 18/10 on the engine
